ACTIVITY REVIEW | THE ELOQUENCE PRODUCTIVITY COURSE WAS SUCCESSFULLY HELD IN ANHO INNOVATION SPACE
On May 7th, Anho Group and Zhihang Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd held a eloquence productivity course in Anho Innovation Space. Under the premise of taking pandemic prevention measures, the general manager of Anho and more than 30 entrepreneurs gathered together to explore how to turn eloquence into productivity so as to solve problems, unite teams, improve performance and bring good business benefits.
The main lecturer of this course is Mr. Yang Zilong, who is the founder of Eloquence Productivity has been engaged in eloquence coach for entrepreneurs for more than 11 years. He has given more than 2800 speeches all over the country and has trained more than 30000 entrepreneurs. His lively and simple teaching method is highly praised by the students. He pointed out that under the epidemic, business operations have become more and more difficult. Internally, we need to motivate the team to work hard and overcome the difficulties together. While externally, we need to stabilize our customers, quickly build channels, expand the market and bring business opportunities to the company. Mr. Yang first introduced a series of basic skills of professional speeches, including how to overcome stage fear and practice the most appropriate voice, intonation and speed, as well as how to do body language especially hand movements and how to practice and master these skills. Than, he pointed out the theme of today’s course, that is, the three most important elements of speeches. The first one is how to shape product value and quickly expand channels in the investment promotion and financing speech, so that the product or project can impress customers, obtain customers’ trust and achieve super-realization. The second is brand promotion. For entrepreneurs, their self-introduction is personal brand marketing. As for how to make people impressive and unforgettable through one minute self-introduction, Mr. Yang provided a universal template for us so that our mind will no longer go blank when we stand on the stage. The third one is also a scene that entrepreneurs need to face frequently – business negotiation, how to negotiate and the order of negotiation are both very significant. Mr. Yang not only explained how to maximize the interest and goals through business negotiation when we are in an advantage or a balance of power, but also told us how to use the frame-changing strategy skillfully to turn things around when we are at a disadvantage.
Besides, Mr. Yang used practical examples to introduce the development route of an enterprise, which includes uniting people’s hearts, building teams, project presentation and public investment promotion. At the end of the course, he also led us to do some live speech practice and patiently answered our questions.
