On the afternoon of February 17th, a salon activity with the theme of “ How can enterprises win customers through strategic positioning in the Internet Era ” was successfully held in the multifunctional meeting room of Anho Innovation Space. The salon was jointly sponsored by Anho group and Guangzhou Kunlun positioning Consulting Co., Ltd., and more than 40 enterprises and public institutions from all walks of life participated in this activity.
At the beginning of the event, Ms. Zhang, the person in charge of this salon, extended a warm welcome to the guests on behalf of Anho group and made a simple opening speech. Afterwards, the event kicked off. This salon invited Kunlun’s senior lecturer, Mr. Zhang Fei, who is also a strategic positioning consultant and a brand positioning analyst, to analyze the relationship between Internet thinking and enterprise strategy. He also detailed how to find your own advantages through strategic positioning, so as to win customers and achieve performance growth.
In the salon activity, Mr. Zhang Fei introduced the brief history of the development of enterprise positioning with Longzhong Plan as the starting topic, and focus on the importance and necessity of identifying brand positioning and formulating enterprise strategy for corporate development. By reviewing classic cases, Mr. Zhang Fei shared several key steps in formulating strategies and pointed out the common pitfalls that companies need to avoid. He explained in simple terms how to implement formulated strategies and the various ways in which strategic positioning is actually applied to a business.
